French-Canadian avant-pop threesome Phèdre is the psychedelic threesome of DIY Michael Jackson, Doldrums, Hooded Fang frontman, Daniel Lee and his estranged cousin, April Aliermo. They made their self-titled debut last Valentine’s Day (cute) and claim to have crawled out of a gold cave like a trio of 22-carat troglobites (That’s right ‘bites’. We checked.).

Inspired by Greek mythology and Nancy Sinatra and Lee Hazlewood’s Some Velvet Morning, their first vid featured a honey glazed orgy with a side order of nip-slips. Recently, they followed it up with a cinematic facelift for Aphrodite - and now they’ve enlisted fellow Daps records signing, Beta Frontiers, for a very nice  remix to keep those buzzbucks rolling in.
